Mediation


The Mediation Program is designed to address issues such as truancy, unruly behaviors and domestic relations matters, such as child visitation schedules. It is a voluntary process that encourages participants to resolve their disputes peacefully. It provides an alternative to court involvement and the expenses associated with litigation. Mediation brings participants together, in a neutral setting, and provides the opportunity to reach an agreement that is both fair and in each participant’s best interests.


Referrals to the Mediation Program may be made by parents, school officials, law enforcement, etc…
