Clinton County CASA Fund Mission Statement

The Clinton County CASA Fund was established as an independent charity through the Clinton County Foundations to support the work of the Clinton County CASA program. The program provides trained community volunteers to serve the best interest of children who are caught in the legal system as a result of being the victims of abuse, neglect, or dependency by their parents. The money is to support the children with items such as books, stuffed animals, fleece throws, coloring books and crayons and well as with the recruitment and retention of CASA volunteers, and to provide items to the program which are not available through government funding
