CASA/GAL Program

Clinton County CASA trains community volunteers to advocate for the best interest of children who are in the court system as a result of abuse, neglect and/or dependency. These children need you to speak up for them.

No special experience is required; CASA volunteers come from all walks of life. All you need is a desire to help, a willingness to learn and an ability to remain objective and committed to a child.

Join the CASA team and become an advocate for a child.

The mission of the Clinton County CASA Program is to recruit, train, guide, monitor and maintain qualified volunteers to advocate for the best interest of children who are before the Court as a result of abuse, neglect, or dependency as defined by the state child welfare laws. CASA/GAL volunteers serve as an independent voice throughout the juvenile court proceedings, until a safe and permanent home is found for the child.
